Bret Bonacorsi is the CEO and co-founder of jBloom, a direct sales jewelry company based in St. Peters, Missouri. Established in 2004 alongside his wife, Jennifer, jBloom has grown into a nationally recognized brand with designers across 46 states.
Before jBloom, Bret's career involved extensive business travel. Recognizing the potential in Jennifer's jewelry designs, he encouraged her to host home parties where women could design their own jewelry, leading to the creation of U Design Jewelry in 2004. This venture evolved into jBloom in 2013, focusing on personalized jewelry crafted in-house.
Under Bret's leadership, jBloom has achieved significant milestones, including the acquisition of Plunder Design in 2024, expanding the company's reach and offerings. The company has also been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list, ranking #547 in 2017.

Andrew Schmidt is Regional President – West Markets for Amway, a leader in the development and direct sales of Health & Wellbeing products. He continues to serve as Managing Director of Amway’s second-largest market in North America, while providing broader leadership for all Amway markets in the Americas, Europe, Central Asia, Africa, Australia and New Zealand, which collectively generate about 20 percent of Amway’s global sales of nearly $8 billion.
Joining Amway in 2013 to lead Growth & Business Development for the Americas, Andrew moved into roles leading the development of incentive programs for Amway’s 100+ markets globally and then into leadership of Amway’s $1 billion North American market.
Previously, Andrew was a strategy consultant for Mars & Co. in New York and Tokyo. He earned a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University in 2006 and serves as Vice President of the Engineering Alumni Council of the Pratt School of Engineering. David is the inventor of LifeWave technology and founder and CEO of LifeWave.
David’s experience in business and product development spans over 30 years and includes a formal education in Management Information Systems and Biology at Pace University in Pleasantville, NY. David then went on to pursue several entrepreneurial endeavors and, as a result, owned successful companies involved in manufacturing and product development. One of these companies, Advanced Applications Group, is a research and development center that specialized in energy-production technologies for both military and commercial applications. In her last position in the Mexican market, as Director of Consultant Marketing, Education, and Field Training, she led successful initiatives that transformed the business for the Sales Force.

Previously as vice president of sales at Global Access he oversaw the company’s strategic sales development, and drove international expansion, particularly in emerging markets.
Michael also helped found ProPay, a payment solutions company that processed more than $1 billion in worldwide payments annually. In 15 years with the company, he assumed a variety of roles in product innovation, client management, payment system development, strategic development, and data security. He also led ProPay’s global expansion efforts, and helped facilitate its 2012 acquisition by TYSY, the largest card processor in North America.
Michael earned his MBA from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management. In his free time, he is passionate about teaching young men the importance of goal setting and teamwork through youth football and Scouting. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and four boys adventuring in the mountains.
